The Workout Generator is a library of structured cycling workouts that you can filter by energy system, duration, difficulty, and concentration so you actually find a session that fits your day rather than scrolling through a generic list. Every workout is built on Coggan power zones and follows real coaching protocols — it’s not randomly generated filler. You can export in .zwo or .erg format for Zwift, TPV, Rouvy, MyWhoosh, and pretty much any other indoor platform, or push a workout straight to your intervals.icu calendar with one click.
What sets it apart is the built-in browser rider. Connect your smart trainer over Bluetooth, and you get full ERG mode control, live power data, and a FIT file export straight to intervals.icu when you’re done — no extra app to install. Pop the player out into a picture-in-picture window and ride along with whatever you’re watching. All features are free, but a small subscription of $2 per month takes it from a library of 300 workouts to 3000.
