Intensity (normalized watts/FTP) in the fields

I’ll use NP to see how an interval went. If you’re doing a 10 min threshold or a 20 min SS or a 5 min VO2 you’ll want the NP to be the same as or within a watt or two of the average. That way you’ll know you’ve been constant with the power throughout the interval.
