This is almost identical to my setup and I get a single copy everywhere. Intervals.icu is smart enough to discover that the workout on Strava is the same one that it got from Rowsandall. The sync with Concept2 runs every few minutes. Please check, or otherwise do a manual import (whichI I do) and let me know.
I fear I have a problem, on logbook concept the activity is present almost immediately, while on both Intervals and Strava it still does not appear
Can you see it on Rowsandall Rowing Data Analytics and then import it?

The Import and Export Settings page doesnāt keep the saved settings, or at least it doesnāt show the correct checked/unchecked boxes after leaving/entering the page again
Did you use the āSaveā button to save your changed settings? Please let me know; if there is a bug Iāll fix it asap.
Yes multiple times, and every time I re-enter the page, all the saved settings are not marked anymore and settings that was marked by you/site is marked again.
Iāll take a look. Some of it may be a Pro version feature but then at least there should be clear messaging. Thanks for reporting.
Edit: still resets all import/export settings and automatic import/export donāt work.

Hi all, after further reports I have pushed some more fixes to the rowsandall.com server. What happened is that auto-sync used to be only in the paid plans, but I changed that to allow anyone to set up automatic sync. However, there were a few things I forgot to change in my code. Hopefully this is now fixed. Please confirm.
Almost all good, import/export works perfectly. But calories are not correct, donāt know if it ever was, as Iām a new user. The calories burned is always just 1, no matter what.
Can you look into that?

Hi, Rowsandall does not track Calories per workout. So with C2 weāre just sharing the stroke rate and other data for each stroke in the workout, and total distance and time for the entire workout.
