Hi, I am wondering if intervals has a tool in place, thats helps by deciding whether a workout will have to much impact on my form (will be below -30) or not. Something like a given stress score of 70 will drop my form curve by 5 point. This would help in choosing the right training.

Thanks guys!

You could try adding the workout to your calendar and see what it does to your form. Then you can choose to keep it or replace it with something else.

Good idea. 🙂

Do you know how to calculate it, so I could write a tool myself?

The calculations are as follows:

- Load = (sec x Normalised Watts x Intensity) / (FTP x 3600) x 100
- Intensity = Normalised Watts / FTP

The software does it for you, so no need to try calculate it. Use the [workout builder](https://forum.intervals.icu/t/workout-builder/1163) for this.

Edit: _The words **Load** (TSS), **Normalised Watts** (Normalized Power) and **Intensity** (Intensity Factor) are used on Intervals, because the other terms (in brackets) are registered trademarks of Peaksware LLC._

Thanks. However, I don’t want to calculate the load, etc. but the impact on my power curve. 😌
