Incomplete Strava history uploaded

Hi all.
Hope you can help me with this…
I noticed that only the last couple of months of activities from Strava are uploaded from Strava to Intervals.icu .
What should I do to upload my complete Strava history?

There’s a limit on the amount of data it will get from the Strava APi. Read more below:

I have had to make some changes to Strava integration to try stretch the Strava rate limit a little more. Scrolling back in your history will no longer automatically load new activities from Strava.
