HR Curves question

Hello all,
I wonder why how it’s possible that the HR is 155 for 17 minutes and 159 for 25 minutes. I thought that this curve would be a non-increasing monotone. How it is calculated?

Easy way to think about it is a hard 10m interval (high HR e.g. 180), followed by 10m of easy (low HR e.g. 130) with another 10m of hard (high HR e.g. 180). The average HR for 30m will be higher than for 20m because the 30m includes both intervals and the 20m can only include one of them and the rest.
