How to load all activities from Strava?

I have been using Strava since 2019, but the oldest activity in intervals.icu is from March 22. How can I fix this?

Note the history limitations for non-supporters.

I have had to make some changes to Strava integration to try stretch the Strava rate limit a little more. Scrolling back in your history will no longer automatically load new activities from Strava. If I stop to support, do my old activities will remove?

AFAIK, No… but it will be removed if you disconnect Strava… Its part of the T&C from strava for using their API. IIRC

No they will stay and new ones from Strava will continue to come in. As App4g says if you disconnect Intervals.icu from Strava then Intervals.icu is required to delete your Strava activities.
