I thought I had read but couldn’t find about creating a shorcut to imready.
Anyone ?

Thank you,
The first 10 users have a shortcut to Inigo’s ImReady4 folder in their MatLab drive and get auto-updates because changes automatically pull through.
But that didn’t work anymore for user 11 because of the MatLab limitation.
The solution was to stop making shortcuts and have extra users COPY the folder. There are no limitations to the number of copies. The initial user instructions were modified to make that clear.
Sorry but you will not get auto-updates, you will get notified when the central folder has changed and you will need to make a new copy.
Hi,
This is amazing. I’ve been using HRV4Training for some time but with Oura sync it’s been unreliable some days.
Any idea why this might be happening?
I’m getting the auto updates because I must have been one of the first 10 to sign up
Got auto update to version 4.2 today but the config_athletes.template is not accessible so I don’t know what the new config file brings.
It’s just greyed out and not accessible.
You can open it in Matlab Online but here is the content: (copy what you need to your own config file)
%%%% ATHLETES CONFIGURATION
%You can set as many athletes as you want
%Use ONE line for each athlete. Remove lines that are not required
% Name = whatever name you want to be displayed by the app for each athlete
% ID = athlete's ID from intervals.icu account
% APIKey = athlete's APIKey from intervals.icu account
athletes = {
'Name_1', 'ID_1', 'APIKey_1';
'Name_2', 'ID_2', 'APIKey_2';
'Name_3', 'ID_3', 'APIKey_3'
};
%%%% SETTINGS
myTimeZone = '+01:00'; %use following format to set your Time Zone info '+HH:MM' or '-HH:MM'
yesterdayActivity = 'HighestLoad'; %use one of the following options 'Last', 'Longest', 'HighestLoad'
trainingAdviceMustBeSentToIntervals = false; % set to true if you want to overwrite the "Training Advice" wellness custom field
%%%% NEW SETTINGS
daysForShortTermTrend = 7; %enter a positive integer representing num days
daysForLongTermTrend = 60; %enter a positive integer representing num days
multiplier_X_StdDev_ForLongTermTrendRange = 0.75; %enter a positive value representing num days
showValuesInTrendCharts = true; % set to true/false if you want/don't want values in trend charts
The new settings allow to modify the trend ranges for the second graph.
The defaults are what is being used by HRV4Training. You should keep the defaults unless you have a very good reason not to.
Do you have missing points in your measurements for the last 60 days?
No. No points missing for 800 days and counting
Thanks for posting that… I’ll update my config file now
I have renamed the template to config_athletes_template.m
That way there shouldn’t be any restriction to open it even in Matlab Mobile
Let me know
It opens now. Thanks!!
Hello
The application works perfectly because it is tested before being released, I am one of those who test and guarantee its operation. It is good that you put the possible bugs, many times they are solved by reviewing the steps of installation and operation. We ask that when you see an error you review the installation instructions. There are things that are not part of the application and some people ask for it for their own convenience, the application can not be customized for everyone so there will be things that can not be implemented. Íñigo is doing a great job of programming and some testing and looking for improvements so that the coaches have tools for their productivity. We ask for a little patience
@matoduri I think the only condition that can cause this error is that you have NO DATA for at least one parameter out of RHR, SDNN and rMSSD for last 30 days.
I have fixed this condition. Please, update and let us know if it works now
Updated and got the same error messages. It seems like I only have rMSSD and RHR available (I’m getting the wellness data from Oura ring). One thing that might be interesting to note is that RHR graph doesn’t plot itself with all the data present
Same here, yay early adopter
Mine just magically auto updates.
First of all, thank you for this great app and all the work you put in. I may have a stupid question. I measure my HRV with the Kubios App. Should I put the heart rate value of that into the RHR Wellness field or my average over the day?
what are the different type of status the app gives? So far ive received the “go on as normal” or something like that, and the “intensive training” one
There are four types:
Thanks, what does LIT stand for?
Light Intensity Training
You’ll need to enter rMSSD, SDNN and rHR into the wellness tab (the values recorded during the morning test)
they are synchro with Dropbox
