It might be easiest to create a group for your class:
You can add athletes to that then it is easier to communicate with everyone to make sure they add you as a coach / accept your request to coach.
You can do that from the chat panel.
I need to try to figure out how to make “athlete take on” easier but that is in conflict with protecting everyone’s data privacy.
