Has anyone got any workouts I can download please?

Hi, I’m reasonably new and I’m wondering if there’s a way to import/download shared workouts so I can add to my planner. Has anyone got any pointers please?

The appendix is full of workouts organized by power zone. Strongly recommend giving it a read and building out workouts from the suggested ones. Grab it at your library and build the workouts here

Hi, I see a lot of well-deserved hype for Trainer Day. As a runner (not a cyclist), I would like to know if I can download run workouts at Trainer Day? Or if not, where I can download some basic run workouts? (Happy to pay)! Thanks.

I have a range of workouts that I publish on my website weekly. You can download the Garmin (.FIT) and Zwift (.ZWO) files for FREE.
