Having a lot of trouble with this.
I was able to DOWNLOAD OLD DATA for weight, kcal and Vo2 max. But my data in Health Snapshots didn’t come through despite my having Resting HR, HRV and SpO2 selected at the time I clicked to download old data. And then the same thing happened that I mentioned above: when I refreshed the page, Resting HR, HRV and SpO2 were automatically deselected.
I already tried disconnecting and reconnecting but it made no difference.
Is there a solution to this?
