Garmin Connect+ nutrition logging: Can Intervals.icu use this data?

Late answer, but for anyone landing here: Garmin doesn’t send the food log through the API Intervals uses, so Intervals can’t import it on its own. I’ve built a small open-source, self-hosted tool that does: the Garmin Intervals Bridge reads your Connect+ food log once the day is over and writes calories, carbs, protein and fat into Intervals’ native wellness fields, plus hydration. The chart library has ready-made charts – search for “Garmin Bridge: Nutrition macros”, “Nutrition intake vs. burn” (against Garmin’s total daily burn including BMR) and the weekly/monthly energy balance. It can backfill past days too. Caveat: it signs in to Garmin Connect with your own login, which Garmin doesn’t officially allow. Setup and details: Garmin-intervals-bridge – your complete Garmin FIT files and wellness data in Intervals.icu, with or without the official Garmin integration
