Garmin Coach vs Intervals

This was asked here - which David confirmed is currently not possible.

Syncing workouts FROM Garmin Connect to intervals.icu

This works for me, I just connected to Garmin in settings and all my scheduled workouts are there, though they do appear twice for some reason. I think I clicked ‘Import all Garmin Data’ at the bottom of the Garmin box in settings, maybe that is what does it.
