I’ve recently connected to strava and ofcourse i had to connect to intervals too! Now my form graph starts out at minus 638% which seems a little much for the 5k’s i ran that day. Is there a way i can set my base fitness or something?
You can set some parameters in settings, but there is no entry for starting (training) load. Maybe @david could add that?
How - or where - did you record your activities before? If you used another service, like Garmin or TR, you can then use for instance Tapiirik to sync your history…
There is an outstanding todo list item to set starting fitness and fatigue. I will get on it soon! I hadn’t considered the impact of it on the form % setting.
Thnx for your reply. Iv’e only recently started tracking my activities with a heart rate watch. So there is not much data prior to my first entry here on intervals.icu. A friend helped me to switch the percentage of fitness view and that did the trick!
Now its up to me to collect more data! Thnx again and thnx for this awesome and helpful website!
