Regarding the Fitness question, I highly recommend this great guide here:

> [@FITNESS PAGE - a guide to getting started](https://forum.intervals.icu/t/fitness-page-a-guide-to-getting-started/17702):

> In the guide, you will learn about the Fitness page , and the features available. Each section is covered in a separate post, so that any features relating to the specific section on this page can be updated accordingly.
