Fitness graph: avg hr of multiple runs on same day shows avg hr of the last run instead of avg of all runs a day

Fitness graph: avg hr of multiple runs on same day as is shows avg hr of the last run instead of averaging of all runs a day

Thank you very much

The question then becomes how to calculate the avg…
Is it simply the average of multiple numbers, or do you weigh each one for duration?

And BTW, it doesn’t show the last one, it shows the highest of the day.

Thank You very much.

I thought like concatenating the multiple runs . I love the runalyze summaries below each list. You can compare days, weeks, months, custom ranges. It’s easier to see my hr contributing to lactate clearance or puffering. I easier see overtraining tendencies.

I am a hobbyist, in no way I am trained in professional sports science. So I dont know if this is of any use for professionals.

For my simplified amateur view on my training it would be helpful.

Kind regards
