This one also confuses me - Absolute Value or % of Fitness. Whatever the one that shows the most accurate in training fitness is the one I want.
The % of fitness (as per the note) does suggest this is the better choice so that is why I have gone with that.

Thanks. I’ve changed it back to absolute value as my fitness level is well under 100.
If your fitness is exactly 100, then you should be able to use either
