I have an reocurring issue where Intervals.icu shifts my intervals. The first interval has a length of 4m19s where this should be 5m. All the other intervals are correct but shifted by the missing 41s form the first interval. I log on a Garmin Vivoactive 5 and have noticed this on multiple runs. Intervals in Garmin are displayed correctly.

Autopause on your device?
Data from Strava with privacy circles enabled in Strava?
If it’s a fixed offset, and you’re following a workout, you can correct for that in the Options menu at the bottom of the timeline tab.

The Intervals screenshot is missing the right side, where we could see the source, and the bottom part where we could see if a workout is active.
If your device Autopauses, the workout timeline will be off sync with the timeline which is ‘moving time’ in Intervals.

Are you planning your laps with distance or time?

Ah, thank you. It definitely is the Strava with privacy setting. Changed it so it copies the file from Garmin and the issue is solved. Thanks!!
