Finding intervals over various workouts

I’ve been running 1km each day through 2023, and would like to be able to ‘identify’ the 1km effort in each workout (each W/O being intervals of walk, run 1km, walk) and potentially export the data for an idea of being able to analyse the times and other factors.

All workouts were tracked in Apple Health/ Workout and exported to Intervals.icu via Strava, so all the data is available within the app.

Is there a way of doing this? Or do I need to manually compile a spreadsheet of the 363 (to date) runs…?

Part of a solution would be to create a Fitness chart looking for the ‘Best 1K’. But I don’t know which ‘other factors’ you need.

As for other bits, once I start playing about, I’ll no doubt think of other things to investigate
