Exclude cooldown from statistics?

Is there a way to exclude cooldown (and warm-up) from the activity statistics? I do a lot of racing on Zwift, and often do a 10-minute cooldown after the race. Zwift only includes the race itself in any statistics, but in intervals.icu the cooldown is also included, which completely messes up for example AVG HR, Normalized power, Average power, Variability, etc.

Or is there an easy way to split the cooldown into a separate activity?

Not within intervals.icu itself currently. You could use tools to split the fit file and upload but that is a pain.

To get around this after a zwift race I just pause end the ride and start another ride to cooldown so I have separate activities. Takes less than 20secs

You can edit warm up and cooldown times in the intervals.icu settings but this only affects the decoupling calculations on the respective activity power page

You can’t split but you can ‘Crop’.
Import the activity twice and crop out the part you want to split is a possibility.
Cropping is done by first selecting the part you want to keep and then ‘Actions’ - ‘Crop’
