Not sure if this is bug report or my lack of understanding.
My current eFTP shows as 220W which sounds about right but when I look at my activity history and graph it barely changes regardless of what I’ve been up to. Going up I’d not expect atm cos the later part of the summer I wasn’t pushing or training hard but it hasn’t even really dropped?
I suspect it’s my lack of understanding mind you! Just I’d like to check as I’m tending to use eFTP for training levels since I ramp test very badly most of the time!
Or maybe I’m just not getting fitter! Which would suck.
First your max HR is much higher than what you have set. If you do Options → Add Chart → Max HR you will see what I mean. Have a look at this one: https://intervals.icu/activities/4677999309. The HR on your activities is getting clipped.
Your eFTP does look suspiciously flat. It will normally decay slowly if you reduce training load. It only goes up if you do a max effort to get on a higher curve. You have your “eFTP min duration” set to 30 minutes so you have to do a max effort of at least that long. Maybe drop that to 20 or 12 minutes?
