In TrainingPeaks, today’s TSB is yesterday’s CTL minus yesterday’s ATL. In intervals.icu, this shift doesn’t happen, so on here form simply refers to today’s fitness minus today’s fatigue.
For me the method applied by TrainingPeaks matches how my body feels better as intervals.icu can say I’m already in the optimal training zone again while in TrainingPeaks I’m still far down in the red.
So two questions:
- Is this different approach on purpose?
- What is the easiest way to get yesterday’s form value? Right now I have to open up the fitness page and then find yesterday in the chart, which can be a little finicky on mobile.
