Hope this was not already requested but it’d be very useful to add in the options possibility to assign a color to specific sport (red=running, green=bike etc.)

I would also love that feature. It would be great if my rowing and cycling workouts were easier to distinguish on the activities page.

I’d also like to specify the ride activities more precisely. For example, indoor and gravel rides in different colors. Is that possible?
Yes..
you need to make sure you have these as 2 diff act in SETTINGS
Then..Options → Colors in the Calendar page
