Hello. I would be very grateful if anyone could help me. In Golden Cheetah I use this custom metric:
Aerobic_Training_Effect >0 ? Aerobic_Training_Effect+Anaerobic_Training_Effect : RPE
The training effect is taken from 140.4 and 140.20 of the .FIT file
Could it be implemented in Intervals.icu? And if so, how would it be done?

you can refer to this thread.
I think 140.x has already been mapped and is available in the custom fields page.
also search for the forum title I think “all garmin fields” or something like that
