Hi everyone,

I’m learning to use Intervals.icu to create structured running workouts and sync them to my COROS watch.

I’m having an issue with workout targets when I sync my workouts to COROS.

- Workouts based only on pace targets: work correctly.
- Workouts based only on heart rate zones: seem to work correctly.
- Workouts combining pace and heart rate targets: some targets are missing after syncing to COROS, especially the heart rate targets.

When I open the workout on my watch, the heart rate target values sometimes appear to be missing, as if no target had been set for that step.

I’m setting the intensity targets in Intervals.icu using my pace zones and heart rate zones, so I expected the corresponding target values to be transferred to COROS.

Is this a known issue with the COROS integration? Is there a specific setting I need to change in Intervals.icu or COROS to make mixed-target workouts work correctly?

I’d appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks!

It’s not a bug, the feature simply isn’t there yet. Mixed workouts were only recently implemented for Garmin. Im sure they’ll get around to implement it for the other watches too eventually.
