Is it possible to copy and paste a weekly plan into another week?
Not yet. But creation of plans is on the todo list for “soon”:
The ability to copy a workout or a week of workouts will be very good.
You can do that, this thread is a little old. You can make a training plan that only contains a week or 2 of workouts and drag and drop it onto whatever day you want it to start on.
