Is it possible to see anywhere on intervals.icu what types of calories were burned (carbs or fats) so as for example Xert does?
Not yet but that is on the todo list. It is a little iffy though because you really need lab analysis to figure that out. As far as I know there is lot of difference between individuals and even the same person on different days.

This is something I would love to see on my rides. Currently really like looking in real time on estimated fats and carbs burned through Garmin Xert addon. Helped me to understand impact of short high intensity efforts during long rides on burning through carbs too quickly.
I’m aware that it’s all an estimate, but I would love to see something similar in intervals. For cases where athletes know their burn rates at different power output it could have tweakable options.
Also is that’s something that could be done with custom fields / graphs already?
