Hi everyone,

a very long-time Intervals.icu user here (joined when David first mentioned this app on trainerroad forum “decades” ago). Full disclosure up front: I am the developer, so this is self-promotion - but it’s built on top of Intervals.icu and I really want your opinion because you saw many other apps and have the experience.

**CD Coach** ([cyclingdistrict.coach](https://cyclingdistrict.coach)) is an AI cycling coach. It did not start as a side project for me - it came out of [Cycling District](https://www.cyclingdistrict.com), a real cycling studio in Porto, Portugal where coaches and riders train together every week. The app is our attempt to give the riders who cannot make it to the studio something closer to what the people inside it get. That means the coaching logic was argued about with actual coaches before it was ever written down as a prompt.

### There are a lot of AI training apps now. Here is what is actually different

- **30 days free, no card up front.**
- **Native iOS and Android apps already shipped** (android finally released last night 🥳). [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/app/id6767222593) / [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=coach.cd.app).
- **Wellness straight from your phone.** Apple Health on iOS, Health Connect on Android - HRV, resting HR, sleep, steps, weight. That feeds a daily wellness score, so the plan reacts to how you actually slept rather than to what the calendar says you should be doing.
- **A daily morning report.** A short note every morning on how you’re recovering and what that means for today’s session. On your home screen and pushed to your phone **(this is actually generated by LLM every morning so its not a static string!)**.
- **MyWhoosh race results.** Connect MyWhooshInfo and your race results get matched to the right ride automatically, so a race is analysed as a race and not as a weirdly spiky group ride.
- **Every workout gets reviewed, without you asking.** You finish a ride, it syncs, and the coach writes you a plain-language breakdown of what went right, what didn’t, and what it means for the rest of the week.
- **Push notifications that are about your training,** a plan change, a finished analysis, the morning report.

You can ofcourse also just chat (no limit) with it: move tomorrow’s session, say your legs are wrecked, tell it you’re travelling next week. It remembers - past injuries, preferences, the routes you like - and rebuilds the plan around it.

Try it at **[cyclingdistrict.coach](https://cyclingdistrict.coach)** - 30 days, no card, cancel in one click. Happy to answer anything in this thread.

Thanks, and also thanks to David for Intervals.icu, without which none of this would exist.
