Can’t sync workouts from Wahoo

I’ve seen the red box at the top of the app saying that workouts from Wahoo were not able to be synced a couple of times and was wondering if it’s a transient or known issue being worked out. I tried to repro the issue by navigating the app, but I wasn’t able to.

That was very likely a transient issue. I am not seeing a lot of Wahoo related errors in the logs.

It happened again, but looks like intervals was able to fetch the workout from Wahoo :man_shrugging:

There are a lot of token refresh failures in the logs. I am investigating. This was working fine before. If anyone does get that error disconnecting and re-connecting Wahoo should sort it out.

This is still happening. A couple of times recently.

It is happening to me. The workouts from today are not syncing to intervals. I tried doing it using the “Download old data” and intervals seems to find them because it starts to download the workouts but do not appear on the calendar.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting wahoo, but the same thing happens.

Is anyone having the same issue?

Also seeing this error a lot these days. Not sure if it is actually working, as I’m doing indoor workouts these days, so everything is coming from TrainerRoad (through Strava. When can we drop them and do TR directly? Pwease?)

I have contacted Wahoo and also reduce the rate of calls from Intervals.icu to try fix this:
