Hi guys, I’m new in the app. I want to understand how I can plan my workout for the week because if I add an activity the hours will increase even though the activity it’s on Sunday and today it’s Friday for example and I didn’t sync strava in that day. So my question is: Is there a way to plan activities without increasing the total amount of hours weekly for free or this type of thing is in the premium version? I hope you understand what I’m saying. Thank you

Intervals projects your future by taking into account what is planned.
You’re not getting anything for free 😉 , you just see where you will end -up if you follow the plan.
If you don’t want the Totals in the calendar to include the planned stuff then set it like that on the Customize menu.
