Big difference between absolute fitness value and percentage value

Good morning, I have a big difference in my fitness level depending on whether I set it as an absolute value or a percentage value. If I set it as an absolute value it gives me a value of -20 and tells me that I am in an OPTIMAL state, if I set it as a percentage it gives me a value of -87% and I am in HIGH RISK. Is this normal? Which should I pay attention to? I want to congratulate you on this great application, I am seriously thinking about paying the 10€ quarterly, it is definitely worth it.

yes… this is normal and more pronounced when the fitness value is on the low side. once it gets higher, it will look more normal values.

theres some threads talking about it here.

Thank you very much for the quick response!!! So until my fitness level is higher, how should I set it, with the absolute value or with the percentage? One tells me to keep training (optimal) and the other invites me to take a break (high risk).

it depends…

i have mine based on % for what it’s worth…

I think it’s pretty well explained here:
