Activity specific ramp rate

Hi, as always, thank you for the great site and continued updates!

Is there a way to have an activity specific ramp rate? When I plot Ramp and change which activity type(s) it should use, it doesn’t change. It seems to be taking all of my activity types no matter what activity type(s) I select. Unless I’m doing something wrong?

Filtering fitness per sport

Hello, I saw on another topic that it was possible to plot the fitness, form fatigue per sport using custom charts, but it doesn’t work for me as you can see on the image below. It only show all activity, and I don’t have a dropdown list. Did I miss something ? [image]

Thank you for your quick response. I see now how to use “Load” for specific metrics for specific activities, but “Ramp” does not appear in the list. Is there another way I can calculate it from the available metrics?

Ah @MedTechCD, I see you said here that ramp rate is only for all activities.
