Since the end of april I had an account here, but the activities on Strava won’t sync past 24/07/2019. Am I doing something wrong?

The way Intervals.icu fetches data from Strava can cause gaps. Clicking refresh on the fitness page actually does some extra work to try fix gaps. I just did this on yours and it seems to be ok now. I can’t do this all the time as it uses up quite a bit of Strava rate limit.
