Hello. I’ve recently started using intervals.icu and I’m finding it really useful to track fitness and fatigue, and to plan tapers for A and B races. However, none of the activities I have logged on Strava (via Wahoo elemnt bolt, or through TrainerRoad) have appeared in intervals.icu. I’ve tried refreshing on the activities page, and I’ve tried updating Strava preferences.
Tx. Have you tried the “Download old data” button in the Strava box in /settings?

Ah, thanks. That’s done the trick. I haven’t needed to do that until now. Is that the recommended action if this happens again?
Yes. Intervals.icu relies on web hooks to receive activities from Strava for non-subscribers and these can get lost. Subscribers also get a poll when they visit the app to fill in anything missed. Strava API limits are too restrictive to do that for everyone.
