Account for activities without HR or Power in Fitness tab

When doing rides without Power or Heart Rate they are simply ignored in the Fitness tab. E.g. I did big block of base training for a week without Power & HR and the curves act like I did nothing and I should be fresh.

I understand that estimating the load without these metrics is hard. But at least a very rough estimation is better than ignoring it all together imho.

You should manually assign load based on some similar previous rides
