My use case is warm up. When I change my warm up, I need to edit all 100+ of my workouts. Whereas if for the warm, I simply had , I can just edit “warmup01” and it will be changed in all workouts that use it.
This could be done via the API if you build your workouts elsewhere. It’s a bit tricky otherwise. The workout builder is already a little complicated and I still need to figure out how to include intensity.
Right. Understand. Maybe the solution is a different thought than I had. An option to bind two or more workouts on the same day into one when sent to Garmin etc?
